What stays separate
A new partnership normally begins with a digital baseline and 90-day roadmap, from Rs 35,000 one-off. It establishes the current systems, suppliers, risks and immediate priorities.
A monthly partnership should not quietly absorb a website rebuild, production application, major migration or large integration. Project-scale work is identified and scoped separately.
Initial commitment is three months. Reserved capacity does not roll over, and the service level can change when the responsibility changes.
